About our Cheesecakes

Can i place a same day order?

We usually have our Traditional Cheesecakes in stock every day. However, special flavors do require to place an order in advance, you can see that exact information under every product.

Do i have to pickup my Cheesecake on the exact time i selected?

You don't have to. Your Cheesecake will be ready at the time you selected but we are open every day from 10am to 9pm. We will keep it safe for you!

How long do your Cheesecakes last?

We recommend eating it the same day you get it for maximum freshness. However, it lasts up to a week properly stored on your fridge.

Are your cheeses pasteurized?

Yes, all of our Cheesecakes are pasteurized.

Do you have gluten free options?

We do! Our top sellers are gluten free. You can see if the flavor you want is gluten free on each product page.

Do you make Cheesecakes without dairy or sugar?

We're sorry, but we currently don't have any dairy-free options. We do have a Keto version that is sweetened with monkfruit.

What allergens do your Cheesecakes have?

You can see the specific allergens for every product on the product page.

Do you have any other cakes besides Cheesecake?

We don't.

Do you make custom Cheesecakes?

Our Cheesecakes are a very delicate product so we can't make any personalized Cheesecakes.

What type of Cheesecakes do you sell?

We specialize in Basque Cheesecakes. Extra creamy interior and perfectly burn exterior.

Orders and delivery

How long in advance i need to place my order?

Our traditional Cheesecake is usually ready within an hour. Special flavors do require to be ordered 2 days in advance. Make sure you plan accordingly!

When will i get my Cheesecake delivered?

We make our deliveries every day from 11am to 2pm.

Do you deliver every day of the week?

We do. We are open from Monday to Sunday.

Do you deliver outside of Miami?

We currently only deliver to the greater Miami area.

De you accept changes or returns?

Due to the artisanal nature of our products and our made-to-order method, we do not accept any changes or returns. If we made a mistake with your order, contact us and we'll solve your issue.

I need a receipt

Of course! Contact us at info@fisbruler.com with your order number and we'll send it to you ASAP

I have a discount code, how do i use it?

Once you're done adding products to your cart and you're checking out, add your discount code to the designated space.

Issues with my order

My Cheesecake has arrived in bad shape

First of all, we apologize for the inconvenience, we understand that our Cheesecakes are eaten on special occasions. Please send us a photo of your product with the order number to info@fisbruler.com and we'll get in touch with you shortly to find a solution.

My order is being delivered late

Sometimes we need to deliver a lot of orders, specially on the weekends or before holidays. If you haven't received your order after 2pm, you can give us a call at (786)660-6797 or contact us to our email info@fisbruler.com with your oder number.

I wasn't home when my Cheesecake was being delivered

Our delivery drivers will try to contact you to the phone number you provided when placing your order. After multiple failed attempts to get in touch with you, your order will be brought back and you will have to either pick it up, or schedule another delivery. Delivery fee will be charged again.
